Welcome to the fine print—where the magic happens! Just like a classic car, our Terms and Conditions are built to last, ensuring a smooth ride for both of us. We promise to keep it short and sweet, but we also want to make sure you're fully in the loop. So buckle up, and let's dive into the details!
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill once the detailing service is complete and the vehicle is ready for collection.
Service Completion: Completion times are estimated and may vary based on the condition of the vehicle and the specific services requested. We will communicate any changes to the estimated completion time as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid losing the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the entire deposit.
Liability: While we take great care in handling your vehicle, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that may be uncovered during the detailing process. Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle prior to service.
Payment: The remaining balance of the total bill is due upon collection of the vehicle. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Additional Services: Any additional services requested during the detailing process will be added to the final bill and must be paid upon collection.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service. We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Boot Access: To ensure a thorough service, we require that the vehicle’s boot is emptied prior to drop-off. If the boot is full or contains personal belongings, we will not perform any detailing work in that area
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please notify us within 24 hours of vehicle collection to address your concerns. We will work to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
Weather or Emergency Rescheduling Clause: In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, illness, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you promptly to arrange a new time.
Late Pick-Up Policy: Vehicles must be collected within 24 hours of service completion unless prior arrangements are made. A storage fee may apply for vehicles left beyond this period.
Pet Hair or Excess Soil Fee: Excessive pet hair, sand, or soil may incur an additional fee due to the extra time and resources required. We will notify you of any such charges before proceeding.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or if there is a risk to our team.
No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours and will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Modification of Services: We reserve the right to adjust service offerings or pricing due to unforeseen vehicle conditions. Customers will be notified and must approve any changes before we proceed.
Insurance and Valuables Disclaimer: We recommend removing any valuables or aftermarket accessories (e.g., dash cams, GPS devices). While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for loss or damage to items not removed prior to service.
Customer Acknowledgement: By leaving your vehicle with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
